Quinn graduated in 2013 with a B.A. from McGill University with a double major in English Literature and Hons. Political Science.

She attended law school at the University of Toronto where she gained hands-on credit program and volunteer experience in refugee law under senior lawyers’ supervision during her upper years at Downtown Legal Services, U of T’s student legal aid clinic.

Quinn Campbell Keenan was Called to Bar of Ontario in June, 2019.

In September 2019, she started a junior associate position with Chapnick & Associates, under the guidance of renowned Toronto refugee lawyer, Paul A. Dineen.

In late 2022, Quinn registered as a sole proprietor and QCKeenan Law was born.
